So today was one long day. From waking up at 3:30 to a 2 hour flight that for some reason felt like a half an hour. I was excited to see what DC looks like because I’ve never been before and it was actually really cool. The first place we went wads the bureau of engraving and that was ok but it was a little boring. The second place we went was the Capitol and we had a pretty good lunch that I was not expecting to be good. The Capitol was a lot cooler than I was expecting and I actually learned a lot from that. After that we to Walmart to get everything for the hotel room. For dinner we had BBQ from a BBQ restaurant. I personally didn’t think it was that bad but other people seemed to not like it. Then we went back to the hotel to explore it and then go to bed. I am very excited to tour tomorrow and see all the cool places like the white house.
